Touchscreen issue

Hi everybody

I need HELP with my Xperia XA. I accidentally dropped my phone into the water this morning. Since then, the touchscreen started to act crazily. If I press A, it would turn to Q or whatever keys. I just bought this phone last month at Best Buy. I'm wondering if my phone can get repaired with the warranty. Thank you

I suggest to return it on the store you brought it from, but as far as I am aware,. water damage isn't usually part of warranty . please contact your local service center for more details. http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/

It won't be covered by the warranty for water damage as its not a waterproof device. You'll have to pay for any repairs if it's a direct result of water damage
