Restore from cloud

Hi guys,

Few months ago I had Z3 compact and had problems with touch screen on top of the screen part. Device was replaced under the warranty with new phone and my choice was Xperia X.

Before sending away my Z3c I created backup of if in the cloud using Backup & Restore app.

Now I have a problem that I can't access those files in the cloud from my X using its Backup & Reset app...

When I select Restore option I get my google account in the listing as cloud location but when I click it it dissapears.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

whever you create a cloud backup, you will get a Gmail notification, did you received such notification when you created the backup?

It was few months ago and I don't remember.

Since I didn't found anything in my inbox it must be that backup wasn't created on the cloud at all.

I will live without it.
