Good evening!
I have problem in my M4 aqua, that when I turn on the machine, the Sony logo appears, soon followed by a blue screen (all blue, not one with waves) and lock the device! I give reset with power + volume and it starts again giving blue screen and restart later and back to normal. I've tried several versions of android 6.0 and solved nothing, nor Pc company, or restore ... has a detail, cracked screen when it fell, the more the touch is normal would be some influence of the impact on the touch q cause this? Help!

That is not an hardware issue, seems mostly software.

When you say you tried several versions of Marshmallow, are you telling me that you flashed different versions of MM on your device, perhaps using flash tools and xperifirm...

You may have installed a variant that is not fully compatible with the hardware...

... So can you please clarify what is the software status of your phone at the moment?

Hello YoGem, tested the versions given by Xperifirm app that is currently in flash 0.22.3 .. All versions are compatible!
I am currently with 26.1.B.1.85 andr version 5.0, is what reduced the problem enough, but even still ... I'm using normally and nothing of a screen all blue, and restarts ... today I thought q was the heavy use of the CPU, then installed the CPU and stress tested, only the result Vareia, sometimes get stressed the CPU and it's blue screen, sometimes not. Then I came to the conclusion that it is not the stress on the CPU and not the appliance heating. So I'm no idea what the problem is!

I am Brazilian .. sorry errors and formality of rsrs English

Hello Emir! not the blue screen appears variously as ultilizo the device, or when I start it, then the blue screen and restart, only this time normally, the screen just cracked glass, touch remains in good condition .. so I think q be a software error .. the phone has been updated and given the problem with the time I used the PC company and noticed him and took another problem was the memory ram that reduced the 883 Mb, leaving the phone super slow, so I used the flash and other versions and did not solve the issue of memory, when I put the 26.1.B.1.85 version and on a beautiful day, I auto reset and the memory returned to normal, but still continues to blue screen.

sorry the English mistakes, I'm not fluent Brazilian!

I believe it is not a problem with heating, and nothing I've ever tried to resolve to!
just the blue screen and off / restart and ready .. press the power + volume and initializes the device, but what's bothering me is that the blue screen while I use, is very variable, sometimes hot set, times normal temperature, with many programs open without using any.

If repairing the software did not help, then I suggest getting in touch with your Local support so that they can assist you in having it sent to an authorized service center. Unfortunately I am not able to offer support for modified software, so I suggest letting a technician have a look at it for you.
