Hi,

since yesterday, my phone headset app comes on and off, without inserting the jack. It effectively just comes on and off, all the time, draining the battery and enabling me to use my phone.

I have rebooted, i have plugged in the audio, removed it, blown in the hole for the jack, disabled smart connect, etc. Still nothing seems to resolve the issue.

It the second time that i have a problem with my phone audio jack....first time was repaired by Sony - i lost all my data as the service provided restored factory settings ..... getting tired of it Sony !

Also, if im talking on the phone normally, and hold the phone between my shoulder and my ear, nobody can hear me anymore....very strange.

Z5 is a huge dissapointment.
