      <description>&lt;P&gt;23rd June, 2016&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The Customer care Manager&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Sony India Limited&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;New Delhi&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear Sir,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ref: &amp;nbsp;complaint for mic &amp;amp; 2nd sim network in &amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Sony Xperia M4 Aqua Dual ( Black, 16GB&lt;/STRONG&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dated 7th January, 2016 &amp;nbsp;I bought a (&lt;STRONG&gt;Sony Xperia M4 Aqua Dual ( Black, 16GB&lt;/STRONG&gt;) mobile phone, &amp;nbsp;vide Invoice no.-MH-BOM4-135397491-20888 &amp;nbsp;online via &amp;nbsp;AMAZON&amp;nbsp; ) from you. I have discovered that the phone has the following problem: &amp;nbsp;mic , 2nd sim network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On 24th May, 2016 i had given for the service, the problem was with the mic &amp;amp; 2nd sim network. The voice was very low I&amp;nbsp; not able to make or receive calls &amp;amp; the network for 2nd sim was &amp;nbsp;not showing &amp;nbsp;properly The ticket id :16052402457 &amp;amp; receive back&amp;nbsp; on &amp;nbsp;2nd June 2016 after ten days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;Now from last week again showing same problem on call my voice not reached with calling persons..&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not satisfied with the set. There is persistent problem. &amp;nbsp;Now hang problem also is there. &amp;nbsp;Previously i have submitted the mobile set at the service center in &amp;nbsp;Nehru&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Place Delhi with M/s F1 Info &amp;nbsp;Solutions &amp;amp; Service Pvt. Ltd. They kept the mobile for 10 days and then returned saying that it has been repaired. Now facing the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don’t want to&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; this set again kindly get back the set &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp; sent my money back Or provide me new set.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
