The handset does not provide this ability by default, however, there are third-party applications out there that will allow this type of function, there may even be a third party home screen application that supplies all of these functions.

@uliwooly maybe you are aware of something?

Some apps such as whatsapp and yahoo mail allow you to customize the LED notification color, other than that, you will need an LED notification app.

I don't have the Xperia XZ to test it but perhaps flash notification

You should check light flow, I think it might be a paid app but people loved the usability.

Light Fow Pro works good with my XZ (Missed Call, SMS, Email, Gmail, LINE etc.).

Light fow for incoming call not work light pls how to work it.. All apps work good just incoming call why

That's something you have to escalate with the app developers as those are third party apps.
