Call Drops In 2G

Hai, Iam using Sony Xperia XA dual (F3116). i set WCDMA/GSM for sim 1 and GSM only for Sim 2 , when i receive a call from sim 2 the call drops at 30 sec.when i change the setting to GSM only for sim 1 and WCDMA/GSM for Sim 2, the problem Shift to Sim 1.

when i set both sim GSM only. the problem will occur to sim which use GPRS network type.

In 2G i didn't have problem with EDGE type network only problem with GPRS network

I am sorry to hear your calls are dropping. Have you contacted your network about this yet?

i have contacted the Network and i have tried with different Sim card, but problem didn't solve

What did the network say?

Also, are the SIMs you have tried all on the same network? Have you tried any from another network?

they said there is no problem with network. and i tried with Other Network

@RanjithKS360,

OK. It's strange that only the 2G network is giving you problems, rather than all of them. Can you please try the phone in safe mode and see if the same issue occurs?

i have tried with Safe mode but nothing change,

Before Making a call the Signal Strenght will around -70 to -75 dBm ,when i receive a call the strength is decrease to -111dBm and the call drops

If it is not a network issue or a software issue, I can only suggest you contact your Local support team to arrange a repair.

i need to go service center only, i have no other option
