    <description>&lt;P&gt;A previous post said the issue was resolved and that the root cause of the weak WiFi signal for the Z3 is a firmware issue displaying fewer signal bars though the signal remains unchanged. I beg to differ. Below is a concurrent side by side comparison of my Z3 and my sister's Z3 Compact. You can clearly see that the Z3 (right) picks up a weaker signal versus the Z3 Compact.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure if the difference is due to manufacturing or use of materials, or due to a firmware update, but there's a measurable difference between the two, not just the signal bars.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.sony.co.uk/legacyfs/online/32928i1BC9BB592BC806A9/image-size/original?v=v2&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="_20160920_180654.JPG" title="_20160920_180654.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
