It always shows this popup ads. How to remove this? Please help!!!

This is a result of the sites you have visited either through browser, or an in-app browser such as Facebook.
Absolutely nothing Sony can do about this as long as these companies continue selling advertising space to scammers.

you don't need an antivirus, you can test the phone in safe mode that will narrow down the issue, if it's a preloaded app or a third party, most likely the later.
