Hi all - relatively minor issue but one that is driving me mad! I have managed to save my iTunes library onto my Z5C, however...it automatically saves to the Google Play folder, and when I want to assign a ringtone, or set an alarm tone, the folder that opens is the 'Music' folder (purple icon on 'desktop') which is empty...Is there a way round this - either by transferring the music from the Google folder to the 'Music' one, or trying to get the iTunes folder to save directly into the 'Music' folder...I'm sure there's an easy way round this for those in the know! Thank you in advance.. p.s. accidentally clicked on the 'spoiler tag' ! and don't know how to get rid of it ! sorry!

Spoiler (Highlight to read)

And even if you do they may not play correctly. You need a playable copy to be saved on your phone, in any of the supported sound formats (MP3, WAV, etc).

Check your iTunes application if there's an option to download a copy.

Welcome to the community, can you advise how you managed to get the content over to the handset, was it using Media Go?

Hi, it wasn't Media Go as they only let you transfer 10 songs free - and it didn't seem to find the correct folder on my comouter anyway! I can't remember exactly how I did it now (!) I think I saved iTunes to my computer and then 'cut and pasted' the file to the phone, which automatically saved into the Google play app. Since starting this thread I've managed to downlad Sony Companion, and with a bit of fiddling around have managed to now save aroun 3/4 of my songs to the music folder on the phone - so all's well that ends well. They don't make it easy for you do they..... Thank you everyone for your comments and help 🙂
