Xperia Z2 Camera overheating quick

Hello.

So, im having this issue with Z2, from what i found out when shooting 4k video there is a 5 minutes time limit, but here i cant even shoot 1080p for 5 minutes!!!!

I know the weather plays a role but, dont tell me that i cant record a simple 1080p video for more than 3 minutes because of the weather?

I had an xperia T, which i was able to record long videos like 10-15minutes, same with the xperia Z i had, but now with the Z2, i just tested its 27c outside and i could record 1:38 of 1080p 60fps and 2:12 of 1080p 30fps.(i left the phone to cool between recordings) then the camera closed on its own!! Im scared to test 4k as it might result in like just 30 seconds of video!!!!

Why is this happening? Is there something wrong with the phone or this is how it should be? To record more than 3-4 minutes of 1080p video with the Z2 i must be in antartica?

you must have alot of background process and apps running. I suggest you try again, this time on full charge and on safe mode. does it work?
