Z3+ Keeps restarting

hi to all

my sony xperia z3+ keeping restart when i used it and i don't know why that

i try to remove sim / sd card until now phone works perfectly if phone restart again i will notice

but why my phone keeps restarting

i need a solution

If you notice that removing SIM and/or SD cards will stop the phone from restarting, then at least one of them is defective. Start inserting them one by one, and when you see the phone restarts again then you should know which card is causing it.

Now I insert sim card and until now phone works perfectly but now when I open camera phone restart again
I can't find the problem

Hi @rashaddiab,

Welcome to the community. I am sorry your Z3+ is restarting

The last test you just did, was that with only the SIM card in? Was your SD card removed? If you open your camera with the SIM card in, but the SD card out, does the phone restart?

Could you also please check the phone in safe mode too and see if the same thing happens?
