My phone z3plus flashed, after that I couldn't authenticate using Google login password, my phone is blocked?
Please help,how to reset my Google password and unlock my phone.

If you don't remember your Google password, then go to this page and try to choose the option relevant to your issue:

Hi @AADYAMURTHY,

Just as @Quester wrote, you may try resetting your password and then authenticate the account in your Z3+. Note that you need to authenticate using the same Google account which was set up in the device prior to the reset.
