System issues/crashes

I have had 14 instances today alone and 4 yesterday where my Xperia Z5 (premium) has crashed and restarted the problem at the root of these was with phone services.
In the diagnostics it tells me to restart the device and update to the latest available system software which I have tried doing but my phone says it is already up to date with the latest software (running version 32.2.A.0.253).
Or contact Sony for help....HELP
