Xperia Z2 camera problem

My camera can't focus when i capturing long range object.
How to fix it.?
I've try to force stoping my camera,reset my phone, cleaning the lens, but it still not working.

Thanks uliwooly, there is no scratch on my camera lens. The lens is ok. Do you have any solution.??

does the phone has a protective case or film? you could repair the phone with XC

My Xperia z2 camera gives me a very poor quality after updating the marshmellow, is thr any way to get back my camera.. With fine quality..!!? Lots of noise in the pictures.
Even in sunny time.. The picture comes with more noise.... How to fix that...!? 😞😞 I'm totally disappointed 😞...
