today my phone fell to the ground but the display didn't break. But, the touchscreen stoped responding on top.

this might be more on the hardware defect which can only be fixed by going to your local service center Local support

try running on safe mode and Xperia diagnostics to see if it works, restart your device

The problem is that I live in Angola and here we don't have local support for Sony as I know.

I bought my phone on Malaysia.

Is there a way to send the phone via DHL to an official sony support center?
