Sony Customer Service Problems

I got a Sony Xperia T3 a year and a half ago. Thought it was really nice at the time, but 7 months later it started turning itself off and restarting. Then after a few days of that it wouldn't restart and was completely dead. I sent it in and two weeks later Sony replaced the device. Then 3 months later I had exactly the same problem. Sent it in, and two weeks later Sony replaced the device with a new one again. One month after that I had exactly the same problem, sent it in, and two weeks later Sony "repaired" it. I got it back and had the same problem AGAIN!! Sent it in and they replaced the device. NOW....5 months after that, I have the same problem YET AGAIN!!! And Sony is going to charge me for the repairs because it is "outside of the 90 day warranty".

My advice for anyone shopping for a phone, STAY AWAY FROM SONY!!!!!!! Their products are completely unreliable, customer service is garbage. They still haven't even called me back for this last breakdown, even though a "manager" was supposed to call me back within 48 hours (it's been a week).

After this experience, my faith in Sony has been completely wiped out. I wouldn't even buy a Sony tv....This will be the last Sony product I ever buy.
