The Contacts ceased. says app not responding what to do answer me soon Please!!!

Settings - apps, look for contacts app, force stop and clear data. Restart.

Hi.
I made a Backup of the contacts and it worked.
But I have another problem.
After the update battery draining quickly put on charging after 2 hours from the connect charger and battery in 10 minutes it will be empty.
Don't know what to do, I already turned on the STAMINA mode and power saving mode.
But nothing helps. All of these Errors after the update the phone do not know what to do Please Help!

You can backup using Xperia Companion and then perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
