Gesture keyboard problem

After the recent update: version 34.0.A.2.301
I noticed that the swipe keyboard gesture got harder to use
I tried swiping some game names which I definitely typed and swiped before, and now instead of showing up typo, the swipe line just roll back of turned into something else
eg:pokemon
before: pokemon, pokemob, pokenon...
now: person
Another example:sunery(my name)
before:sunery
now: Sunday, sunset

I didn't meant that 😛 it supposed to be eg: pokemon

What if you add such words to the dictionary, and since it's a new update you might want to type them not swipe them so the phone get to learn them.

Hi @Sunery,

Is this something that you only experience when using the keyboard, or do you notice it at other times as well? As an example, could you perform the "Free drawing" test in the service menu and see if you notice it happening?

To access the service menu, open the dialer and enter *#*#7378423#*#*. This should open the service menu automatically. Then tap Service tests > Touch > Free drawing test and use your finger to draw on the display.

Use another keyboard app, usually the default one is not very good.
