Smart Connect doesn't work with bluetooth device while my Z3 in sleep or locked.

I'm trying to control my Xperia Z3 with Smart Connect when I turn my bluetooth headset on, but it doesn't work well.

I tried my bluetooth headset and hands free system in my car.
When I turn them on, they are connected successfully with my Z3 which is locked and in sleep, and They work perfectly,
But Smart Connect doesn't execute my event.

However when I wake my Z3 up and unlock the phone in advance and then, turn my bluetooth device on, Smart Connect DOES react and execute my event.

Is it normal with android 6.0.1 ?

My previous cellphone is Xperia P with Android 4.4.4, and it works with Smart Connect even in sleep and locked with same bluetooth devices, So I want to control my Z3 in the same way.

My phone is
Sony Xperia Z3 (D6603)
Android 6.0.1
Build 23.5.A.0.575

I know a simular thread exists, but my case is different I guess.

It is probably a problem with 6.0.1

I'm sure they will fix it, not sure when though, ha
