My Xperia z5 stopped working !!

Hello...

my Xperia Z5 stopped working and i dont why. The notification light is turning on and off with red light. I tried to do anything, but nothing happend. Only i tried to press the power button and the volume button and the device viborated three times. Can somebody help me?

charge your phone using the wallmount adapter. (2-3 hours)

if you can connect to PC try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion

When my screen stays blank and the notification light blinks, I usually press (and hold) the yellow off button under the dust cover.

(handy to carry a paperclip, as most pens/pencils can't reach it)

Actually i discoverred that the phone is working but the screen is not working 😭😭

Where can i fix my phone in Tokyo

hello...

i dont know what happen to my Xperia Z5. The phone is working but screen is not. I tried everything. And i am in a small villiage in Indonisia, but after two days i will go to Tokyo. So does anybody knows where can i fix my phone in Tokyo ( i mean where can i find sony company that fixs sony phones)

Thank for tour respond. But when i wanted to choose a country, i didnt find japan what shoud i choose? ( i am saudi, and i bought my phone from Saudi Arabia)
