Android is Starting Error

Hi,

I'm new here. I have an M2. Today, suddenly my phone restarted and stuck on 'Android is Starting'. i have left it for more than hours and it still appear. What happened? What should I do?

@Dikablog Press both power button and volume up at the same time for 5-10 seconds, the phone should turn off. Turn it back on.

I haven't done in that way. But I have tried to turn it off by press the reset button near the SIM card slot. And turn it on again. The result is the same. Stuck in Android is Starting..

In this case, can you try to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion? This will erase the internal memory, if your data is not backed up, do not proceed.
