Have you ticked install from unknown sources under settings - security?

You should be careful with third party APKs, they might contain malware and/or illegal.

i already enable Unknow source but Con't touch Install Button not display error have strong space to install apps...

i download playstore apps akas in playstore for apps backup that apps can't install beacause install button isn't work have any idea how to fix it..............:smileyplain:

I'm sorry but it doesn't quite make sense, why do you need to make a "backup" of an app that you can download anytime from the playstore, and it's not like you have to download/install it over and over.

Ok so are you trying to restore a backup? What apps and from what devices, the only reason why I think you can't install them is because are system app or apps that are not designed to work with lollipop.

A little bit of background on what you are trying to install will help us to understand better the issue.

Actually Saeed3091 may have a point...

1993kasunja, you performed a factory reset and able to install apks? Good. Are you using some eyefilters, apps that change the brightness like applying overlays? Disable them. Those apps can block some UI elements, that do not go to the foreground but remain below said overlays.

I do several factory reset but it's not fix eorror and i'm not use any like eyefilters apps

one time i clear settings in my phone to disable Developing mobe in my phone then after this eorro come

i do every thing i can fix this eorror but it's useless..........:smileyrolleyes:

@1993kasunja At this point would suggest that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion if you haven't already done so. I also suggest that you test this before restoring any backup after the software repair.
