Hello Cameron,

Here is a pic on my Sony Xperia Z3 Compact phone with the cloudy background on the screen. It is also not allowing me to delete pictures.

Thank you for this. I think I can see what you mean. It looks like a physical problem. I recommend you contact your Local support team to arrange a repair.
