Settings.apk freezing switching accessibility

I have problem to activate some services on accessibility. The app freezes when a tap to change off to on, and nothing happens.

I already boot in safe mode, doesn't work. Made reset, my PCC doesn't repair my phone... Error code: UEInstallerMD5Check
Bin=29638656 Exp=73260080. Please, help me.

Which services are you trying to to activate. Do note that some of the options are experimental.
Regarding the xperia Companion. Just try again later, this usually happens when there are rollout software updates

I completed the Xperia companion's repair 10 times, but everything still the same. I can't enable anything on accessibility. My phone have some bugs with wifi, rebooting... OMG!

Xperia companion can't fix this.

When I try to switch my accessibility off to on, my settings.apk freezes, or changing security/screenlock - swipe (default), my phone turns black and reboots after some seconds. I already reset my phone, and completed many times phone's repair with Xperia Companion. Still the same.
