Messages icon with 1 new but there's any

I have a sony speria m4 aqua. And at some says ago, the icon of messages has one number one, saying that I have a new unread message. But when I press the icon, there's nothing. I already deleted all my messages, reiniciated, cleared my cache... But nothing works 😕

I am trying to not restaur my phone, but it is looking as the unique solution

If I desactive the app, and turn active it again, it disapears. But then, it asks me to turn on the sms and the number 1 returns
If I restaur my phone and delete all, can solve it?
