    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a Diagnostic menu in Settings somewhere? near the Bottom of all the other Menu options?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try there, and test the speaker. or&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try going in to the service menu - if the M4's are like the Z5, then dial this in the phone dialer:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;*#*#7378423#*#*&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then go to tests, and test speaker...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit: and by speaker, i meant "earphone"&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>While calling I am not able to hear over the speaker.&lt;BR /&gt;But if I enable loud speaker I can hear.&lt;BR /&gt;How to fix this problem.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It did not fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had to submit my phone to service center.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yet to get update from them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sumanta&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The service center informed after long waiting, hardware parts for this phone will be not available. And they can not fix it.&lt;BR /&gt;It was in extended warranty but still they are not supporting.&lt;BR /&gt;Is there any way out ???</description>
