Wifi/App Connection Problem

When I am using Wifi at home ( Router model :Ac88u) with 5g band 800mb up.

Sometimes I am sending some word/photo, it load about one minute and some game said that out of connection. Im sure that the wifi is connected. Other device does not have any problem here.

Could someone help? Thank a lot.

did you try to compare the bands use by your phone and router? the router might be using different band from the one compatible wiht the device: Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac

Thank you for your help.

I have read it and try to switch to 2.4G band. Also my router is support.

May be my router setting? I cannot confrim.

And I tried to reset my Performance but still no use.

Should I get it back to Sony for repair?

Kinsank, try your device in 2.4ghz and see if it works. I have suspects that got confirmed and apparently there is a bug in some Dual Band WiFi routers powered by a specific chipset.

I have tried but no use.

May be I need to take it to my friend home and make a test.
