cannot open camera from the lockscreen

hi,

if i try to open my camera from the lockscreen, i get an error "camera unavilable".

i have an APP called 'CAMSCANNER'.is this affecting the camera for not opening from the lockscreen.

phone: sony xperia c4 dual E5363

Hi @Prashanthv,

Like you mentioned it may be due to a third party app, but luckily there is an easy way for you to test if that is the reason. I recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode and see if you experience the same behaviour.
