Sony xz heats up when using dual Sim

Hello.. Does anybody have experience the Xperia xz felt warmer when using dual SIMCARD....?
Is it suitable to constantly deactivate one Simcard if only the other Sim is constantly used for a period if time.
Now if we conduct regularly activation /deactivation cycle will it have an impact on the Simcard longevity..?

the battery will drain faster if you have poor network coverage and it could heat up the phone if it's constantly looking for coverage but it won't heat it up to the point of that it has to shut down
