Hello Everyone,

A few days back I started experiencing problems with my headphone jack and I don't know what to do. I tried cleaning the headphone jack but it still didn't work. I tried multiple headphones it still doesn't work. Like when I plug it in, it connects and then any sudden movements it disconnects. I read other forums and tried out what they suggested, disabling Smart connect and downloading soundabout app, but it still doesn't solve the problem. It would still connect then disconnect. I really don't want to send it in for repair because of all the bad experiences people had. Also once the phone gets opened I don't think it will ever be the same and I don't think it will be waterproof since the adhesive will be removed. Anyone has any idea how to fix this issue?

Thanks

Thank you for the quick reply. It seems I would have to send it in for repair but I won't do it. I don't want to my phone to lose its waterproofness. Also, the app soundabout works 70% of the time which ins't bad. Thanks again
