Been having a look for cases and can put forward the Orzly cases, plus their glass screen protector. All good quality and the best I've tried for the xz.

The genuine Sony flip case (not the one with the clear front) and the Mike Galeli leather flip case are my favourites. I don't like bumper cases.

@trashcan: well no, it depends on your usage. the screen protector covers the screen all the time, but the case will protect the screen only when it is closed, so like when you accidently drop the phone with the case open and it lands on the screen , it might get some damge.

Therefore the traditional armored rubberized edges and back cover, coupled with screen protector is the best protection for xz aside from easier to pick up and use from your smartphone holster attached in your belt.
BTW is there an "armored" back cover suited for xz..?

@trashcan there might be a lot of 3rd party manufacturers that make those kind of "armors". You should check out your local stores.

But for me I keep my xz naked. Lol. I like to feel the phone while I am using it. I just have to be extra careful when handling it..

If the back of Xperia-XZ is made of titanium, I will never think of putting protection for it. But it's just a matter of time that this alkaliedo area will be laden of scratches as I am rough user of my gadgets..

It shows that xz is not that strong that it needs a screen protector and back and sides armor as well.
