&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I am sorry to hear that, is the Mute icon showing on the call when you receive or make the call?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;It is possible that a third party app may be playing up and causing this problem. It may be best to boot into Safemode and test to see if the issue continues and then report back to us.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
