Unboxed X today and im not pleased with the product.
The volume when speaking on the phone is really low, ihan cant hear what the other is saying. I have run the diagnostics, it seems the speaker isnt working, i cant hear the sound. When i test the microphone, it repeats the sound quitly. I all ready updated to the latest software, didnt make a difference. Is this from the start?

No, That didnt make a difference. I guess that the speaker is broken. When i put the music on, and the volume up, it is barely and i mean barely noticed from three feet away from the phone.
