Playing Whatsapp audio

Hi,

Recently I have updated my Xperia Z Ultra (C6833) to last firmware version (14.6.A.1.236) and now when I want to play a voice message from whatsapp the screen becomes black and the phone do not respond until it finishes playing the file. By the other hand, now, the phone shows pop-up notifications radomly (but, most of the time shows nothing).

I proved to hard reset my device, erasing besides both internal and external memory, but the problem persists.

What can I do ?

can you play the audio through a different app?

Hi,

Sorry for the delay. Finally, the problem was related to the phone proximity sensor. If sensor runs the problem dissapears.
