How to know if my phone is genuine? Xperia z2

I bought this phone online. I cant download benchmark apps such as antutu, cpuz geekbench etc. It says "a package has been deleted due to somc policy". I also checked my imei on and it always says "We're sorry, but at this moment we can't find required number." and also when i connect it to pc companion. It detects my phone and my model number but i cant access software repair. It always fail. I already tried to flash different stock rom but still no success. Help me please. Btw im on lollipop 5.1.1

Hi @grldsbrn,

Welcome to the community.

If you PM me your IMEI number I can check it in our system and see if it matches a genuine Sony mobile. PC Companion is now obsolete and no longer supported now which could explain the issue with that. You can try it with Xperia Companion but If you have unlocked the bootloader then Xperia Companion may not work.
