Hi,

Like problems others have faced before with there xperia devices, my xa is stuck in the update loop. It happned early in the morning and was like it for the whole day, saying it was 'optimising applications' over and over again. I have tried leaving it off for a whole night, and that still has no effect on it. I have also tried removing the sim card, but this too had no effect. I have also tried holding down the power button and the down volume key, had no luck but 3 buzzes.

Any help would be great! Thanks

Charge the phone then repair it with Sony Xperia Companion.
http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/xperia-companion/
