i am not able to install my latest marhsmallow update and its says try again.

I have done software repair too but still doesnt work out

Hi, i have a c5 ultra dual, i try to update my phone over ota but after complete download , when start update my phone turn off, and restart,without upgrading.
Im from iran, may be this update not for my region?
How i can solve this problem? Please help me.

Check with XC or settings > about phone > software update

guys i need help.. i cant update my software to marsmallow.. an icon would come put allowing me to download it but then after i downloaded it my phone would turn off. its like i just restarted it and nothing happen. help me please.. thanks a lot.

HI everyone, I am experiencing the same issue, three times now I have fully downloaded the upgrade and when the phone goes into installation mode it restarts without the upgrade and the message "can't install, try again later" has anyone managed to solve this or has any ideas of what may be causing this issue? Thanks for the replies.
