Hello. I bought my Sony Xperia M4 like 9 months ago.
I've really had a lor of problems with it, but I could fix them all except only one issue that still persists since like 3 months..
It's the front camera, the icon which switches to the front camera has suddenly disappeared and I can't find it. It sometimes works and sometimes not, but most of the time it doesn't work.
Solutions I tried:
1- Factory reset
2- Clear Data/Cache
3- System repair through companion app, it even updated itself to Android 6 but it doesn't work.
4- Sent it to many stores and they said they don't know the problem.

5- Boot in safe mode

I also sent it to someone before and he said the camera wasn't in its right place and it worked but later the issue came back.

I'm sorry to hear about your issue but the phone can't update android without your consent, either the update was available and since you repaired the phone with XC it will install the latest update. As for the camera issue, it's time to contact your Local support
