    <description>&lt;P&gt;which apps are you referring to? which android version does your phone has? build number? which error do you get?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On a side note, Sony (aside from Nexus devices) is the OEM with less bloatware and it's closer to vanilla android. As for updates your phone should be running Marshmallow, what seems to be the problem with updates?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I fell in love with Sony back in the 90's. I have had other phones and electronics, but I have always been in love with your products and design.&lt;BR /&gt;I was proud to be an owner of your Z3 phone, please note, was.&lt;BR /&gt;While your hardware is great, too of the line, your software not so royaly. &lt;SPAN class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crown:"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crown:"&gt;👑&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;If I could go back in time, I would have warned my younger self.&lt;BR /&gt;Neither your pre-installed programs work properly nor do the apps from Google work properly due to your own limitations and software / skins. They create such a conflict that I don't want to make calls and I cant. Never-mind try to send sms. This is disheartening&lt;/P&gt;</description>
