Hi the colour is rubbed off/ marked down the sides of my phone has anyone else had this and how can I get rid of them.

Contact your Local support to get it inspected as it could be a hardware issue.

@uliwooly is right about sending it to the repair centre. Would you be able to show us some images though to have a better idea of what might be happening?
