I have a problem with the speaker of my Xperia Z5 so I sent my device to the Sony technical service the last 26th of September.Today, If I check the status in the website is "Device received" from the 29th. I have tried to contact several times by the web with them but the answer is allways the same " we have transfered your question to the Technical service" and they copy me a payphone number to contact them.

I think that almost a month is too much time for a company as Sony and I do not want to spend my money with a payphone number ( I have already spent my money in a Z5)

Could you tell me the average response time of the technical service? and If you know when I am going to receive my device?

thanks for your help
P.D: I apologize for my English, I am writing from Spain in English because Sony do not have a Smartphones Forum for Spanish speakers ( The Spanish is the third most sponken language in the world)
