Maintenance update.

Recently received a maintenance update from the lounge, small software update of sorts. Ever since my volume level is really low no matter how much I increase it. Videos won't stream unless downloaded first. But if I have an app open that has sound and then I get an incoming phone call. My phone sound goes back to the desired level while someone is calling but I get the app music /sounds instead of my ringing. Anyway of solving this issue or has anyone else noticed this at all? Not sure whether to call Sony and ask them?

I am sorry to hear you're having trouble after the update. Could you please test your phone in safe mode and see if the same issue occurs?

I noticed that on my C5 after the maintenance update but today I received a software update via ota and that issue, along with others, seems to be fixed.

What is your phone?
