Style Cover Window SCR46

screen getting blank how to fix

how to fix this problems

When I cannot disabled smart cover

Even I have done

Goto Settings > Apps > All > Style Cover > Click: Clear Data + Clear Cache > Click: Force Stop

Goto Settings > Apps > All > Style Cover Widget > Click: Clear Data + Clear Cache > Click: Force Stop

and even i have to gone to sony service center they have updated software also then also problem is not solve what should i do

Try to clear data for style cover widget and app under settings - apps (make sure to tap on 3 dots and show system). Then scan your smart cover again.

already done nothing happen and even i go to sony service center they have install old version of software

So you have done exactly what I suggested? @Ram786 Can you maybe check the cover with another device?

Is your proximity sensor working correctly?

but i does not have any sony device in my family and friend circle everyone has samsung

But my problems is not solve yet

i have given no permission for that and even i search forum also many people suffering same issues like me

Also uninstall the theme that came with cover.
So,
Uninstall...
Smart cover app
Theme
And then take phone out of cover.

Reboot phone.
Pair using NFC, and download app and theme.
Apply the settings and permissions it asks and set the theme.

i have already gone to sony service center which they have hard format and their is no uninstall option in style cover and their is no theme of it
