Good afternoon,

thanks for reading this post. I hope you can fix my problem.

I have a problem with my mobile phone, every service related with the Google enterprise does not work. For instance: Google Search, Google Maps, YouTube, etc. However, when I am searching on Google Search (the default page), if instead of introducing a normal search I put in a URL link, it works. That's why I concluded on the malfunction of the Google service.

When I try to do a normal search on any of these apps, it pops up the next message (resumed): "Activate your Wi-Fi, there is no connection."

Also, in my son's phone (I can say its model if you require) everything works: Google searches, Google Maps (even though he does not use it as much as I do) and YouTube (which is the main thing he uses). This is why I think is my mobile phone's problem.

After all this, I hope you could help me.

Cheers,

ferbus21

My son has a Samsung Galaxy Trend Plus.

When I open YouTube it appears the same message as if I hadn't got my Wi-Fi activated, but I had it. (Without safe mode, I'll try that ASAP)
