Data lost and IMEI changed

Dear sir

It is shocking and sad too to let you know damage inflicted on me, inspite of repeated complains not resolved pending more than quite long time, as investigation on my part resulting no iemi number can be changed without replacement of motherboard but i was badly heckled mentally, being a loyal customer of sony it is quite shocking to me to come to know the name is being defamed by some individuals who are hand in gloves with the dedicated hacker who has been trolling me once my profile and datas compromised, it matter was reported to customers care but it has become a toy which can be kept not used somehow i managed to retrieve my partial phone im sending this text, in the meantime while texting i can hear someone calling but couldn't attend the call, so i request you to kindly look into the matter and make the culprit count on the scammers as help sony from being defame further, though i have never ever used mobile or be it other electronic gadgets but fear relying anymore on the brand which has tormented to a level where i can say to an extent phobia, all document are with me and can be examined at any point of time.

I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but this is a user based global forum, you should contact your Local support

I find it complicated that someone is doing all that but do contact your Local support and your local police
