      <title>navigation bar problems after marshmallow update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After i update new software in my xperia C4 dual to &amp;nbsp;marshmallow update&amp;nbsp;&lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/042.png" alt="Angry_Face" title="Angry_Face" /&gt; ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the navigation bar (3 key back , home and recent app) doesn't work correctly&lt;BR /&gt;sometimes working normal , and sometime not work or responding after late time or one of those&amp;nbsp; key work and other two not work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and if i use whatsapp or messenger or ant thing useing keyborad , when i typing any thing phone click back from it self or click home i will be crazy as soon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i try solve in pc companion but not solved&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;.. this problem i see on friends mobiles sony too like c5 z3 and my c4&lt;BR /&gt;please fix this problems quickly&lt;BR /&gt;i will broke this phone as soon and i will not buy any thing from sony again&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is it a few times per day or a few times per week?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you performed the software repair using PC Companion, did you restore a backup afterwards? If you did, I'd recommend performing a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and that you don't restore the backup directly, instead try using the phone for a bit and see if the same thing occurs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Jonas I try it trice but nothing works it has really a screen problem after the marshmallow update pls help us we are sony lover and we want to work and use our phone smoothly.
