In the technical documentation indicates the time watching video about 11 hours and 30 minutes, my battery goes down 1% in 3 minutes, this is a defect in the battery?

I believe that this is if you are watching a video that it's in the internal storage and all radios are off, which means no SIM card, WiFi off, etc (airplance mode).

Uliwooly is absolutely right, watching a video means lots of things, streaming via WiFi is the most expensive in terms of battery life while playing from SD card is the less expensive.

Tests are always conducted always using optimal setups so it's probable that the video used for the test was an HD video, not full HD and played from the SD or internal memory.

so I look in the internal memory and not HD, but the battery drains very fast and easy when you use the phone in the technical description is the only parameter to which to bind.

Test this

remove the SIM card and SD card from your phone > boot into safe mode > enable airplanemode > make sure that WiFi its off > watch videos and check if you experience the same battery life.

you can uninstall or disable apps that you don't use to improve battery life. Just don't disable unknown system apps.
