      <description>When i am on a call, my ear touchrs the screen and disables/enables all sort of buttons. I would like this to stop, there was one time it actually worked fine now with this upgrade it started again. Please help asap because not all the time i can put my calls on loudspeaker.</description>

      <description>Thanks for your advice. Yes it have a screen protector on it however It passed the test....so what now?</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Screen protectors can often interfere with the ear proximity sensor. As a test, is it possible for you to remove the screen protector and see if the issue persists?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have always had screen protectors and it worked fine so i am sure it is some other issue.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Test it in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/td-p/348008/jump-to/first-unread-message" target="_blank"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;, see if the same thing is happening. It may be a third party app using the proximity sensor process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
