    <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently I had dropped my Xperia M2&amp;nbsp;in water; everything was ok except for one thing, the device would shut down&amp;nbsp;unexpectedly and i would have to open the the phone take out the battery, put it back in, then restart the phone. This would only work for a couple of hours until the phone would shut down again and I would have to repeat the process. I bought I new battery but the problem continued. I think there is some internal water damage but i dont know what to do to fix this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;contact your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and request a vacuum test, this will prove who is at fault, is it you that didn't firmly closed the flaps/covers or if its a manufacturing issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
